We will give your organization access to our facility rent free for an evening and staff the event so that you can focus on fundraising. Your adult supporters can enjoy an evening of good wine and great conversation in a beautiful space while contributing to something meaningful to them.

How It Works

• Cost: Complimentary venue rental Monday through Thursday evenings for qualified non-profit organizations. Each guest purchases a $20 ticket, with 50% going directly to your organization. We will also donate 20% of all wine sales during and a flat fee for each wine club sign-up during your event.
• Time & Access: Available until 9 PM with complimentary 30-minute setup and teardown time included.
• Beverage Service: Our wine-educated staff will serve our wine and beer on draft to your guests throughout your event.
• Food Options: Bring your own food or arrange catering from any restaurant of your choice. Our team can coordinate with your caterers and help with setup.
• Included Amenities: A professional PA system will be available for your event soundtrack.
• Optional Add-ons: Talk to us about other options to enhance your event.

Giving Back in a Big Way

Use our calculator below to estimate how much your organization could raise based on expected attendance and participation. Most organizations raise $1,000-2,000 with groups of 30-50 supporters, making this an efficient and enjoyable way to support your mission. To reserve your date, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required and will be credited back towards alcohol purchases during your event. Note: Events are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The facility is closed for harvest operations mid-September through mid-November, and in late March. All organizations must provide proof of current non-profit status.
