Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Alluvium Cellars to the purchaser at our warehouse in Washington state. The purchaser takes full responsibility for shipping compliance with their local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine.

3.3 Shipping Policies

We ship only to states where permitted by law. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and quantity. We reserve the right to hold shipments during extreme weather conditions to protect wine quality. Alluvium Cellars is not responsible for wine damaged during shipment due to weather conditions once it leaves our facility.

3.4 Returns and Refunds

We guarantee the quality of all our wines and merchandise. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
