Two Ways to Experience the Argyle
Experience Washington wine country at your chosen venue with a package tailored to your unique event. Our vintage mobile wine bar creates an unforgettable centerpiece for any occasion, with our team handling all the details while you focus on enjoying the celebration.
Private Celebrations
Transform your special event into an extraordinary wine experience with our signature mobile service. Our professional team will create memorable moments while sharing their knowledge and passion with your guests.
Cost: $500 base package includes two hours of service for up to 40 guests within 15 miles of Woodinville. Customize the package as needed for an additional $200/hour, $10/guest, or $5/mile. A $2/guest/hour gratuity is automatically added to ensure our team is compensated for their exceptional service.
Beverage Service: Our wine-educated staff will serve wine that you pre-purchase from us to your guests throughout your event. Minimum one case purchase is required. Our staff can also hook up and serve draft beer from your keg for $100, and can provide signature cocktail service from your spirits for $200.
Optional Add-ons: Enhance your event with our premium upgrades including a small lounge seating area, custom trailer decor featuring fresh flowers or balloons, or a private winemaker appearance.
Public Gatherings
Add a distinctive element to your non-profit fundraiser, ticketed public event, or farmers market with our unique mobile wine bar experience.
Cost: Custom pricing based on event type and requirements. We'll create a package that works for your specific event needs and licensing requirements.
Beverage Service: Options vary by event type. For non-profit fundraisers, we can sell beer or wine by the glass with a Special Occasion License. For private parties at public venues, we can serve beer or wine with a Banquet Permit as long as it is included in the ticket price, but we cannot sell alcohol separately. At farmers markets, we can provide tastings and sell wine by the bottle. For unadvertised promotional events that meet specific criteria, we can do the same with a Class 18 License.
Optional Add-ons: Custom branded materials and signage can be displayed on request.
